Terms of service

Terms for providing services by electronic means and for contact regarding our offer. In force since: 13 October 2026

§ 1. Who runs the website

  1. The website is run by VD Vidsdeal sp. z o.o., with its registered office in Toruń, Poland, ul. Słodka 1, 87-134 Toruń, tax ID (NIP) 8792746534, KRS 0001027559 (the Vidsdeal brand), e-mail: wiktoria@vidsdeal.pl, phone: +48 795 255 063 (hereinafter: the "Service Provider" or "we").
  2. These Terms are available free of charge on the website in a form that can be downloaded, saved and printed.

§ 2. Services provided by electronic means

  1. Through the website we provide, free of charge: (a) access to the content of the website, (b) the ability to contact us via an e-mail link, (c) sending a message through the contact form.
  2. The website does not require an account. It has no shopping basket or online payments. Sending the form does not form a contract: we reply to the message, and only an offer or a date confirmed by us creates an obligation.
  3. The services in paragraph 1 are one-off services and end when you leave the website or when the correspondence ends.
  4. To use the website you need a web browser that supports HTML and JavaScript (menu, form) and, to send a message, the form on the website or an e-mail program.
  5. Users must not supply unlawful content or act in a way that disrupts the operation of the website.

§ 3. Offer

  1. We offer video production for sellers and brands, and hire of a studio and film equipment in Toruń. The studio can be hired by the hour or by the day, on any day and at times agreed with the renter, including outside office hours (Monday-Friday 9:00-17:00). The offer is addressed to businesses.
  2. The descriptions on the website are for information only. We confirm the scope of the service, the price, the date and the terms in an individual offer sent by e-mail. A contract is concluded when the client accepts it.
  3. Our clients' sales results depend on many factors beyond our control (product, price, listing description, advertising budget, competition). We do not guarantee any specific increase in sales.
  4. The rules on a consumer's withdrawal from a contract result from the law. We provide the details in the offer before a contract is concluded.

§ 4. Complaints

  1. You can submit a complaint by e-mail to wiktoria@vidsdeal.pl or in writing to the address in § 1. Describe what it concerns, give your contact details and state your request.
  2. We will reply to a complaint within 14 days of receiving it.
  3. We are liable for defects in the service performed and in the materials on the terms resulting from the law.

§ 5. Personal data and cookies

The rules on processing personal data are described in the privacy policy, and the rules on cookies in the cookie policy.

§ 6. Out-of-court dispute resolution

A consumer may use out-of-court methods of handling complaints and pursuing claims, including mediation, permanent consumer arbitration courts and the help of a county (city) consumer ombudsman. You can find information about this on the website of the Polish Office of Competition and Consumer Protection: uokik.gov.pl.

§ 7. Final provisions

  1. Matters not regulated here are governed by Polish law.
  2. We may change these Terms. Changes apply from the day a new version is published on the website and do not affect contracts concluded earlier.
